Ray Brown, General Manager

After gaining his primary degree in history and politics, Ray worked in the insurance industry, before becoming a Management Training Officer with a leading firm of Travel Agents. Later he became Regional Manager of the world’s largest motoring organisation, then Operational Director for a locally based marketing services group.

After completing his Masters in Business Administration, Ray moved to Staffcare and is presently looking to maintain the level of satisfaction expressed by clients, while developing his team of professional counsellors, to ensure the delivery of a world-class, confidential counselling service.

Linda Skeats, Professional Services Manager

Linda Skeats has many years experience within the community and voluntary sector. After graduating, she became involved in community development, facilitating cross community dialogue. She worked with several women’s groups, before moving to Barnardos. After completing her studies in Gestalt Psychotherapy, she took up a post managing a therapeutic family centre and attached projects. Linda then directed a Sure Start project, before taking up the post as Manager of the Counselling Services within Staffcare.
