Pricing Structure
The prices identified to organisations, during the
contract negotiation process are subject to an annual
price review on the first of April each year. This rise
is usually based on the declared inflation rate.
The annual cost of the Careline is based on the number
of employees with a minimum and maximum charge. Proposals
are submitted in writing after discussion and consideration
of organisational requirements.
Travelling costs are charged when a counsellor has
to travel to convenience the employee, or in the case
of crisis intervention being provided at the scene of
the incident. These costs will be detailed in writing
at the proposal stage.
Home visits can be provided in the case of illness
or bereavement but every effort is made to provide the
client with a safe neutral venue, which does not have
the distractions of their normal home or work environment.
The initial management response and assessment following
a critical incident is provided under the terms of the
Careline with individual interventions being costed
as ‘Counselling’. Costs for group interventions
are outlined in the schedule that is supplied to each
organisation. These costs include the amount involved
in arranging the session, liaison with management and
follow-up phone calls.
Some client organisations require specific services
or variation in the method of delivery of existing services.
Costing variations associated with such changes can
be negotiated.
