Consultancy Service
Staffcare offers a consultation service to client organisations,
and works in partnership with them to solve organisational
problems. These can occur in any change management process,
when introducing new or revised policies, changing shift
patterns, or altering reward and remuneration schemes.
Recent examples of our work includes:
- Development of a stress management policy. The
final document was agreed by the management and unions
and launched to staff with our support
- Development of strategies for dealing with negative
behaviours in the workplace
- Developing a mental health strategy for employees
- Recruitment, selection and training of a hostage
response team
- Support to a Senior Manager in providing a managerial
response to a vicious personal attack on a senior
colleague
- Production of a procedural toolkit for managers
to use, if they, their staff or customers are exposed
to a raid on their premises
- Advice and support to a sports organisation, following
the suicide of a team member.
