- Staff can call the Careline at any time, day or night
- speak directly with a counsellor for support and advice on any matter, whether work related or personal
- avail of immediate counselling support
- arrange face to face counselling or structured telephone counselling
- cancel or rearrange appointments
- Managers/Supervisors can also contact the Careline for advice / support in handling sensitive staff issues or to make direct referrals
